Joe & Cicie Village is the vision of owner and operator Dumarsais Blaise. The hotel, named after​ his parents, Joseph and Lamercie Blaise, opened in August 2018. This family business is committed to investing in the St. Louis du Sud community by hiring locally and hosting events.
